"It's a new year, so who knows? Maybe I'll post some things more frequently." That was last year. In January. Almost two years ago. Clearly, I don't know what I'm talking about. Though, to be fair, I did say maybe.
This has been a busy year, and it doesn't show much sign of slowing down. My first cruise, my first trip to Europe, new car, and now…maybe a new phone, thanks to my utter clumsiness. Not to mention how busy work has been, even leading up to the holidays when everyone is out of the office! And next month begins Advent of Code.
I've also given this site a bit of a refresh. The front page was mostly blank, which was boring. At least now there's a little more detail, some stuff about me, a list of the most recent blog posts. In the mean time, I have no idea what I am really doing with this site.
More specifically, I don't know what to do with this blog. I have some thoughts on things that might be of interest to others, but as of now, it's mostly just a way for me to write things down and put them somewhere. I've been doing a lot of actual writing (as in, putting pen to paper), but maybe there is something to be said about publishing one's random thoughts.
